Communication materials

These materials will help you to communicate HUB-IN both physically and virtually at events, fairs, conferences, workshops and meetings involving stakeholders.

Therefore, these materials will be useful for:

• Discover and learn about the HUB-IN project, its mission, who is involved and the way it works
• Set the stage for an event or intervention, as well as providing a backdrop of key elements of the HUB-IN project
• Inspire the collaboration approach and co-creation experiences

This is beneficial to support stakeholders in the discovery of the HUB-IN project, engage with them and develop their potential role.

The video, leaflet and roll-up present general information on the project.

• Whenever you are preparing an intervention, in an event or public space, you can print out the roll-up, leaflet and posters in order to feature and present the project in that space.
• If you have a presentation, think about projecting the video, which is short and provides a great summary of the project!
• Outside of events, you can also send the link to the video and digital version of the leaflet to interested parties.

• Think about how you will reach and engage stakeholders most effectively. Pick the right materials depending on the types of event and targeted audience.
