8 pilot cities across Europe
Belfast (UK-Northern Ireland), Utrecht (the Netherlands), Lisbon (Portugal), Grand Angouleme (France), Genova (Italy), Slovenska Bistrica (Slovenia), Brasov (Romania) and Nicosia (Cyprus) have started the transformation of their Historic Urban Areas into HUBs of Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
