The Final Economic, Social and Environmental Appraisal and Lessons Learned provides a final appraisal of economic, social, environmental and cultural impacts across the eight pilot cities’ Actions and – given many of HUB-IN’s intended impacts are longer term than the duration of the programme – an evaluation of interim progress against the programme’s Theory of Change (logic model).
