Lisbon’s HUB-IN Accelerator Program
Transforming challenges into opportunities for sustainable community development
Lisbon’s HUB-IN is developing within the Colina du Castelo area (Castle Hill) with a clear commitment: to transform challenges into opportunities that can generate value for the local community through sustainable, innovative, and creative initiatives.
The launch of the open call for the Acceleration Program last July received an extraordinary response, reaching the limit of participants. The selected ones advanced to the Bootcamp, held in December 2023. This 3-day event was an immersion focused on sharing experiences and discussing ideas. Facilitators, mentors, and experts in various areas guided participants through intensive training sessions, rich in dynamics and prototyping.
On 23 January 2024, the Acceleration Program kicked off. The seven awarded projects were introduced to the mentors who will guide them during the program. This initial exchange of ideas promises to be only the beginning of a productive collaboration.

Lisbon’s HUB-IN is committed to addressing the challenges affecting Colina du Castelo and related to mobility, access to the area, environmental sustainability, as well as to promoting sustainable tourism.
Additionally, Lisbon is committed to safeguarding cultural heritage and promoting the economic and creative fabric of the project. More than solving local issues, Lisbon is building a sustainable, creative, and united community. Indeed, they believe that progress is more meaningful when shared.
The selected projects will be accelerated until July 2024, culminating in the Demo Day.
